1. Promoter’s name and address: Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered address: Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow G2 7AT (the Promoter).

2. Prize: There is one prize per month to be won, and the prize draw is open to all Intasure customers who purchase a policy. The winners will be chosen from:
• Customers who purchase an Overseas Holiday Home policy and each winner will receive the following prize:
• A sum of money equal to their Overseas Holiday Home Owner Insurance premium (the total prize value for each winner is up to a maximum value of £1000) (the Prize).

3. Promotion period: This promotion applies to policies purchased during each calendar month (inclusive). Each promotion will close on the last day of each calendar month. The promotion will close on 30 April 2026.

4. How to participate:

a. In order to benefit from this Promotion, you must be a UK resident over the age of 18 and have purchased aan Overseas Holiday Home Insurance policy from the Promoter.
b. For a policy to qualify for the prize draw, the customer must:
i. Call the Promoter on 0345 111 0680 to purchase an Overseas Holiday Home Insurance policy;
ii. Hold their new insurance policy for a minimum period of 30 days with the full premium or the first instalment of the premium being successfully paid.
c. The Promoter may decline to quote in some circumstances. In these circumstances, the Promotion does not apply.
d. The Promoter’s usual business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday; closed during weekends and bank holidays. Please be advised that during the Promotion Period, the Promoter’s phone lines will be open during the following times: Monday to Friday — 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Promoter’s phone lines will be closed during bank holidays.
e. If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw please notify a member of the promoter’s team when purchasing your policy.
f. Winner selection (customer prize draw): The Promoter will assign a number to each customer that enters into the prize draw. The Promoter will use a random number generator to select the winner. The first name to be selected in each months prize draw will win a Prize.
g. The winners of the prize draw will be selected 30 days after each calendar month during the promotion period.
i. If the winner refuses to accept the Prize, the Promoter may choose to select another winner.

5. General terms:

a. Only One Prize can be won per calendar month
b. We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer at any time.
c. Email is not a secure method of communication, and any such transmission is sent at your own risk.
d. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
e. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
f. The Prize is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
g. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time.

6. Notification: The winners will be notified by email by 45 days after the closure of that months promotion. The Promoter is required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with the requirements of the CAP Code, the surname and county of the winner will need to be published on the Intasure website. If you object to any of your details being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by sending an email to enquiries @intasure.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter will be required to provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Privacy and personal data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that information, please refer to the Promoter’s privacy notice at https://www.ajg.com/uk/brokerage-privacy-policy. If you are providing the Promoter with the personal data of another individual, you must tell them you are providing this to the Promoter and show them a copy of this notice. Please contact the Promoter if you do not want to receive direct marketing information from the Promoter.

8. General: No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter in selecting a winner. The Promoter will not be liable for any website/system failures, network errors, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile device issues. Email is not a secure method of communication, and any such transmission is sent at your own risk. By participating in this Promotion, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Law and jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
