1. Promoter’s name and address: Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Intasure. Registered address: Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow G2 7AT.
2. Promotion: Take out a new insurance policy with Intasure today and we’ll send you a £25 Amazon e-gift card (the “Voucher”) by email.
3. Promotion Period: This Promotion applies to policies purchased from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2025 (inclusive).
4. To qualify for this Promotion:
a) You must be a UK resident and over 18 years of age.
b) You must not be an existing customer of the Promoter (Intasure).
c) You must purchase an Intasure policy over the telephone by calling 0345 111 0680 Please be advised that during the Promotion Period, the Promoter’s phone lines will be open during the following times: (i) Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; and (ii) Saturdays – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Promoter’s phone lines are closed Sundays and during bank holidays.
d) At the point of sale you must quote the code ‘100001’.
e) You must purchase an Intasure policy within 30 days of receiving the email.
f) You must hold the policy for a minimum period of 30 days with the full premium or first instalment being successfully paid.
g) The Promoter will issue the Voucher within 30 days of the policy inception date once you have fulfilled the requirements set out.
h) The offer is limited to one Voucher per new customer
i) The Promoter may decline to quote in some circumstances. In these circumstances, the promotion does not apply.
j) This Promotion excludes any purchases made via price comparison sites, affiliates, partners or any other channel apart from responding to the offer by phone.
5. Eligibility restrictions and requirements: This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter has allocated 800 Vouchers for this Promotion and Vouchers will be given to the first 800 new customers that meet the requirements of this Promotion. Rewards provided in this Promotion are subject to availability and may be varied over time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter in relation to any decision that it makes in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time.
6. General:
a) No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter in issuing the Voucher.
b) Use of the Voucher shall be subject to Amazon’s general terms and conditions as stipulated on the Vouchers and/or their website.
c) The Voucher is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
d) This offer does not apply to the following products: Touring Caravan, Tenant’s Contents and DASK Insurance.
e) The Promoter reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer at any time.
f) The Promoter will not be liable for any website/system failures, network errors, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile device issues. Email is not a secure method of communication and any such transmission is sent at your own risk.

9. This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
