Andy Hale

Andy Hale is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning over 40 years, with over 25 of those years spent in senior claims positions across the insurance industry. Andy’s time with Intasure dates back to July 2009, when he initially worked as a Claims Manager until November 2018.

Andy was a Claims Hub Leader at Marsh from January 2019 to December 2020, overseeing and handling claims within the organisation. Andy then re-joined Intasure as a Claims Manager, where he’s been since December 2020.

Throughout his career, Andy has developed an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry. His extensive loss investigation and handling expertise make him a knowledgeable resource for complex claims.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Andy enjoys running and watching cricket, rugby, and football. He also believes in giving back to the community and has previously volunteered as a Scout Troop Sectional Assistant and Cub Pack Assistant Leader at the 1st Hedgecourt Scout Group in Felbridge—demonstrating his passion for mentoring and supporting young individuals.
