Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter’s name and address: Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Intasure. Registered address: Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow G2 7AT (the “Promoter“).

2. The Promotion: For each qualifying referral made, we will send both you and your friend a £25 Amazon e-gift card (the “Voucher“).

3. Promotion Period: This Promotion applies to policies purchased from 1^st February 2024 to 31^st January 2025 (inclusive).

4. How to participate:

a) For a referral to qualify for the Voucher:

i. You must visit the Promoter’s Refer a friend Promotion Page at intasure.com/offers/refer-a-friend (the “Referral Form Page”)   during the Promotion Period and complete the referral form by providing your details and those of your friend;

ii. Both you and the friend that you refer must be UK residents and aged over 18 years of age;

iii. The friend that you refer to the Promoter must be a new customer to the Promoter and/or must not currently hold a policy with the Promoter;

iv. Your friend must give their consent for us to contact them by telephone. You must confirm this by ticking the consent box on the Referral Form Page;

v. Your friend will be contacted by telephone by the Promoter. During the conversation your friend will be given an opportunity to purchase an insurance policy from the Promoter. The Promoter will also let them know that they are being contacted because you passed on their details to the Promoter;

vi. Your friend must quote your policy number at the point of sale;

vii. You must be an existing customer of the Promoter and your policy must remain active during the first 30 days of your friend’s policy; and

viii. The friend’s insurance policy must be active for 30 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid.

b) For the purposes of this Promotion “friend” includes friends, neighbours, relatives and colleagues.

c) Employees of the Promoter or any other company within the Promoter’s group of companies, their immediate family members and anyone who is connected with the administration of this Promotion are excluded from participating in this Promotion.

d) There is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make.

e) There is no limit to the number of Vouchers that can be earnt, as long as all other terms and conditions set out herein are fulfilled.

f) The Promoter may decline to quote in some circumstances. In these circumstances, the Promotion does not apply.

g) This Promotion excludes any purchases made via price comparison sites, affiliates, partners or any other channel besides the online or over the phone.

5. General Terms:

a) We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer at any time.

b) Use of the Voucher shall be subject to Amazon’s general terms and conditions as stipulated on the Vouchers and/or their website.

c) This Promotion does not apply to the following products: Touring Caravan, DASK Insurance and Travel Insurance.

d) Email is not a secure method of communication and any such transmission is sent at your own risk.

e) This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

f) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

g) The Voucher is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

h) The Promoter has the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time.

i) The Promoter has allocated 800 Vouchers for this promotion. Vouchers will be given to the first 400 referrals that meet the requirements of this Promotion.

j) No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter in issuing the Voucher.

6. Notification: You and your friend will each receive an email from the Promoter with your Voucher after your friend’s first 30 days of cover.

7. Privacy and Personal Data: The Promoter will collect personal data in order to contact your friend to discuss a quote and to allow the Promoter to identify your policy and contact you both as part of the reward fulfilment if a quote is accepted and all other terms and conditions are met. Please note that we will let your friend know that you passed their details to us. The Promoter will call your friend based on the details that you provide. Please ensure you have obtained their permission to pass on their name and telephone number to the Promoter. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that information, please refer to the Promotor’s Privacy Notice https://www.ajg.com/uk/brokerage-privacy-policy/. Please contact the Promoter if you do not want to receive direct marketing information from the Promoter.

8. Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
