I received absolutely outstanding customer service today from Lydia Cathersides. She was professional in every respect as well as being incredibly friendly. It is rare these days to be on the receiving end of such good service and it made the chore of renewing my insurance a really pleasant experience.

I used this company because they had all the tools I needed in getting a insurance policy for my second home. I was dealt with by one of the staff members who talked me through every detail of the policy that I needed, this was quite a requirement and I required assistance in different parts of the policy.

speedy and great service
I was called back almost straight after sending my enquiries form. Vikash was knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Sometimes spoke a bit quickly, but with the amount of things to explain and go through it was appreciated.
