Andrew joined Intasure in 2018 as a Renewals Agent. He’s since progressed to become the Renewals & Customer Service Team Lead.

With over 15 years’ experience in team leadership, Andrew has played a key role in the business—overseeing the transition to a new broking platform and introducing improved processes to enhance the customer journey.

Outside of work, Andrew is a passionate supporter of mental health charities and raised over £2,000 through a sponsored Intasure walk in 2024.
