Rob is the Sales and Service Manager at Intasure. His role is focused on improving the customer journey and driving growth across broker and direct-to-consumer channels.
With over 25 years of experience in financial services and a Cert CII qualification, Rob has held senior roles in sales and operations at RSA and Blue Motor Finance.
His background in claims, compliance, broker relationships, and customer service gives Rob specialist insight into delivering the best customer experience.
Outside of work, Rob is a former rugby player and a volunteer coach for his local school. When he’s not coaching, you can find him at a local ground watching a game.
