Rob has been at Intasure for over six years. His current role as a Business Improvement Analyst involves enhancing operational efficiencies and driving strategic growth for the business.
Rob started his career in the hospitality sector at a reputable food outlet, where he gained his first experience of managing people. He later moved into nursing, focusing on developing the knowledge and skills of new starters. These experiences ignited his passion for training and development—skills he channels into quality assurance and training programmes at Intasure.
Rob holds a Cert CII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute, NCFC Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a TEFL qualification.
One of Rob’s most memorable experiences was teaching English in Cambodia, where he again developed his passion for learning, development, and education—while exploring his love of travel and experiencing new cultures. Today, Rob enjoys the slower pace of village life in East Sussex.
