Not legally, but it’s a good idea to consider both buildings and contents insurance. Together, they’ll cover risks to your property’s structure and contents, including natural disasters and accidental damage.
As with most countries, holiday homeowners aren’t required to buy home insurance. Having said this, wherever you live in Cyprus, there are risks.
