Brokers - Promotion Terms

A chance to win a £250 TUI voucher when you obtain a quote for an insurance policy through Intasure.

1. Promoter’s name and address: Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Intasure which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered address: Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow G2 7AT (the “Promoter“).
2. Promotion Period: This Promotion is open from 09:00 on 1st August 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 31st August 2024.
3. The Promotion: Your firm will automatically be entered into a draw to win a £250 TUI gift voucher each time it obtains a quote for a new insurance policy from the Promoter.
4. Eligibility: To participate in this Promotion your insurance broking firm must: (i) be a fully authorised FCA firm; and (ii) be a producing broker of the Promoter. Employees of the Promoter or any other company within the Promoter’s group of companies, their immediate family members and anyone who is connected with the administration of this Promotion are excluded from participating in this Promotion. Unregulated introducers are also excluded from participating in this Promotion.
5. How to participate:
   1. If your firm meets the eligibility criteria detailed above, it will be invited to participate in this Promotion.
   2. Your firm must contact the Promoter during the Promotion Period to obtain a quote for an insurance policy (the “Intasure Policies”).
   3. The eligibility to enter the prize draw is based on obtaining a quote for a new Intasure Policy only.
   4. If during the Promotion Period your firm obtains:
      • One or more quotes for Intasure Policies from the Promoter, your firm will be entered into a draw to win a £250 TUI gift voucher. For the avoidance of doubt your firm will receive an additional entry for each quote it obtains from the Promoter.
   5. At the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will count the number of quotes obtained by each broking firm and then produce a competition entry form corresponding to each quote obtained by that firm. All the competition entry forms will be placed into a secure box until the day of the prize draw.
   6. The prize draw will take place on September 20th 2024 and the winner will be selected by an independent third party
   7. The first firm to be selected at random will win the Prize.
6. General Terms:
   1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
   2. The multiple individuals from a firm can participate in this Promotion. Each individual’s performance in the Promotion will count towards his or her firm’s overall performance.
   3. This Promotion only applies to quotes for new Intasure Policies. Quotes for renewals of existing Intasure holiday home, static caravan or park home insurance policies and DASK policies will not qualify for entry into the prize draw. Similarly quotes for other insurance policies arranged by other divisions of the Promoter’s organisation will not qualify for entry into the prize draw.
   4. Quotes for portfolio policies count as one quote only.
   5. The Prize will be subject to TUI’s general terms and conditions as stipulated on the vouchers and/or the TUI website.
   6. Once a firm receives the TUI voucher, it is free to decide how the voucher should be allocated amongst the individuals in their firm.
   7. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
   8. Only one Prize is available to be won.
   9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative reward of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. The Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding decisions made in relation to amending or closing the Promotion.
7. Notification: If a firm wins the TUI £250 voucher, it will be notified by email by 20th September 2024. The Promoter will also announce the winning firm in its newsletter.
8. Privacy and personal data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. 9. Marketing: The Promoter may process your personal data for marketing purposes with your consent, based on a legitimate business interest, or as otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter at uk.unsubscribe@ajg.com.
10. Law and jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
