Terms and Conditions

2. Promotion: You will receive a £25 Amazon voucher (the “Voucher”) when you purchase a qualifying insurance policy from the Promoter.

3. Promotion Period: 1^st February 2024 to 31^st January 2025 (inclusive).

4. How to participate:

a) To benefit from this Promotion you must:

i. Contact the Promoter by calling 0345 111 0680 or sending an email to enquires@intasure.com during the Promotion Period to purchase a qualifying insurance policy;

ii. Quote promotional code ‘400004’ when you purchase a qualifying insurance policy from the Promoter;

iii. Hold the qualifying insurance policy for at least 30 days.

b) Please be advised that during the Promotion Period, the Promoter’s phone lines will be open during the following times: (i) Monday to Friday – 9 am to 8 pm; and (ii) Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. The Promoter’s phone lines are closed Sundays and during bank holidays.

c) For the purposes of this Promotion “qualifying insurance policy” means any insurance policy offered by the Promoter excluding Touring Caravan and DASK insurance products.

5. Eligibility:

a) In order to benefit from this Promotion you must be:

i. A UK resident over the age of 18; and

ii. A new customer of the Promoter.

6. Additional Terms:

a) Use of the Voucher shall be subject to Amazon’s general terms and conditions as stipulated on the Vouchers and/or the Amazon’s website.

b) The offer is limited to one voucher per customer.

c) Cover is subject to eligibility.

d) The Promoter has made 800 Vouchers available for this Promotion. The first 800 customers that meet the requirements of this Promotion will each receive a Voucher.

e) This Promotion does not apply to the following products: Touring Caravan and DASK. This Promotion does not apply to other insurance products offered by other divisions of the Promoter’s business or by the Promoter’s affiliates.

f) If you qualify for a Voucher, you will receive it 30 days after the start date of your insurance policy.

g) This Promotion excludes any purchases made via price comparison sites, affiliates, partners or any other channel apart from the one specified in these terms and conditions.

7. Restrictions and requirements: This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Rewards provided in this Promotion are subject to availability and may be varied over time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute the reward offered in this Promotion with one of an equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or close the Promotion without notice. The Promoter will not enter into any correspondence with any participant regarding any decisions it makes in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time.

8. General: The Promoter will not be liable for any website/system failures, network errors, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile device issues. This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

9. Privacy and Personal Data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data.
