Terms And Conditions – Intasure £25 Off Plumbers Liability Insurance

  • Promoter’s name and address: Intasure is a trading name of Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Intasure. Registered address: Spectrum Building 7th Floor, 55 Blysthwood Street, Glasgow G2 7AT (the “Promoter).
  • Prize: £25 discount on quoted premium per customer.
  • Promotion Period: This Promotion applies to new commercial liability policies purchased from the Promoter between 4 October 2019 and 4 April 2020 (inclusive).
  • Eligibility/How to participate:
    1. For you to be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
      1. be a UK resident over 18 years of age;
      2. not be an existing customer of the Promoter’s Intasure business;
      3. call us on 0345 111 0680 and the discount will be automatically applied at the time of purchase of the commercial liability policy;
    2. Only one discount to be applied per customer.
    3. The Promoter may decline to quote in some circumstances. In these circumstances, the promotion does not apply.
    4. This Promotion excludes any purchases made via price comparison sites, affiliates, partners or any other channel.

  • Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
