Nick Grant
Business Development Manager
Nick is a Business Development Manager at Intasure, heading up our wholesale team. Before joining us in 2018, Nick already had 10 years of insurance experience under his belt, having previously worked at Hastings Direct as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. As such, Nick is a specialist source of knowledge on second home insurance.
As a Business Development Manager, Nick drives growth at Intasure by developing an extensive network of contacts. One of his most notable achievements is attracting nearly 800 new brokers to Intasure. His specialist skill set also includes sales planning, MI collection and leadership, which has helped him successfully lead Intasure’s Wholesale Department.
Nick led a team of Quality Assurers at Hastings Direct, too. During this time, he developed various skills, such as sales, renewals, claims and complaints. He also manages Intasure’s Town Hall committee by organising staff events and raising money for local charities.
Nick has achieved various qualifications during his insurance career. His CMI Diploma in coaching and NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques mentoring have helped him effectively lead teams of various sizes. Nick has also completed an IF1 CII course, improving his understanding of the legal principles of insurance contracts and businesses, and the critical elements of protecting our customers.
Intasure is a trading name of Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered Office: Spectrum Building, 7th Floor, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 7AT. Registered in Scotland. Company Number: SC108909.
